MindPrep Video Quizzes Help

Quizzes:

There may be more than one answer that could be correct for some questions. However, only one of the answers is actually discussed in the video. The answer mentioned in the video is the CORRECT answer.

Each video has 7 – 10 corresponding questions. The quiz will indicate the first question for each video.

Although the questions are all on one quiz, you do not have to wait until you have watched every video to take the quiz.

At any point, you can leave your quiz and come back to it IF you write down the ACCESS CODE noted at the top of the quiz, then scroll to the bottom and select "Save the Test and Return Later." The access codes ARE case sensitive.

• NOTE: If you select submit and you have any questions unanswered, the unanswered questions will be marked as incorrect. If you do not pass the quiz, you will have to start over and any questions you had answered will be erased. You will be warned if there are unanswered questions.

• If you are planning to be away from your computer for an extended amount of time, click "Save the Test and Return Later" and note your access code. If the quiz goes unmarked for an extended period of time and you return to the same screen later, it may become inactive while still allowing you to select answers. This may result in a non-passing score as it may not recognize the answers you had selected previously.

IMPORTANT: Each time you "Save the Test and Return Later" your access code will CHANGE, even if it is the same quiz. Be sure to note your access code EACH TIME you leave the quiz. (Example: If you answer the questions for video one, then choose to return at a later time, your code may be If23lk. You then return while watching video two to answer the corresponding questions, and leave the quiz after you finish that section. Your new code is jaIlf3. This will continue to happen each time you leave the quiz.)

In order to return to the test with your access code, use the same link as above. This time, all you need to enter is your access code and click "Resume Test."

• If you leave a quiz and enter the access code to return, you will be able to change any previous answers before you submit your quiz.

After you submit your quiz it will let you know whether or not you passed your quiz. The results will be available for your doctor's office to view (as long you selected the correct group when you signed in.)

• A passing grade is at least a 70%.

• You can print your results page when you pass if you would like, but it is not necessary as the scores will be electronically checked by your doctor’s office.

• If you do not pass, there will be a link, which you can click to re-take the quiz immediately. Otherwise, you can come back and sign in again from the beginning at a later time.
